What does the coffee taste like?

Whatever you want it to taste like. You can select any coffee that you like. We can suggest certain beans based on the coffee that you drink now. If you like Tim Hortons, then you will love Mother Parkers Executive blend. Mother Parkers roasts beans for Tim Hortons. Barista Supremo also has its own custom blend Espresso brew.

Is the coffee good?

Our coffee is great! Our machines are the top of the line coffee brewing systems. Saeco is the world's largest manufacturers of coffee machines. These machines are made in Italy where they take their coffee very seriously. The Italians are to coffee what the French are to wines.

Can we just try it out for a week and then decide?

Absolutely. We believe that the best way to sell our service is to let you try it. There are no obligations. Try it for a day, week or month, if you decide that it is not for you, we will take it out no problem.

What if the machine breaks?

We service and maintain our machines on a regular basis. If anything goes wrong we will fix it or replace it. There will be no charge to you.

Do we have to sign a contract?

There is a simple contract that states that Piping Hot Coffee owns the machine. There is no contract in regards to how long you have to keep the machine.

How much does the coffee cost?

We have a variety of pricing plans to fit different situations. Please give us a call and we can discuss them. If our machine is acting strictly as a vending machine with limited volume, all coffee selections are priced at $1.00 and speciality coffee at $1.25. This compares quite favorably with coffee shops especially for items like flavored cappuccinos. Prices of coffee include all taxes.

What do you need in order to install your machine?

All we need is a power outlet. A water hook-up is nice but is not necessary. The machine is 20" wide and about the same in depth.

What kind of creamer do you use?

We only use fat-free skim milk. Not only is it better for you, it froths much better than cream. Because it is whipped it tastes very creamy without the extra fat. We do not use artificial creamers.

How often do you service and clean these machines?

Normally we service our machines once a week. Depending on the volume we may service it more often but it will always be cleaned at least once a week.

Can we have decaffeinated coffee?

We can use decaffeinated beans, however the machine is limited to one type of bean. All selections would then be decaffeinated.

Can you provide Espresso?

Being Italian, our machine is designed to make Espresso.
