Costs

We have a number of different plans depending on what suits your needs.

Vending Machine

This plan is great for employers who do not wish to pay for their employee's or customer's coffee. This allows each individual to pay for their own coffee without having to rely on the "honor" system. This system allows you to have great gourmet coffee in your workplace with no charge to you. The machine will accept any combination of Canadian coins including loonies and twoonies. It will also provide change. We typically price coffee selections at a convenient $1.00 and $1.25 for speciality coffee. Cheaper and more convenient than running out to the local coffee shop.

Token Vending

This option is ideal for dealerships or garages, as you control who gets free coffee, by giving a token to your customers. We sell the tokens for $1.00 and you or your staff decides who gets one to use. If your customer wants another drink, the machine is available to them in vending mode and they just need to put their money in, for their next selection. The token will allow your customer to choose any selection, regardless of price difference and the tokens only cost $1.00 (tax inc.)

FreeVend

This plan is for employers who wish to provide free coffee to their employees or customers, with a counter reading display for coffee dispensed. This plan is a great perk or incentive for your employees. It is also a great way to provide that little bit extra for your customers. Studies have shown that coffee consumption increases alertness and productivity. This is our second most popular plan and is chosen by about one third of our customers.

Subsidized

This plan is a combination of the two above plans. You decide how much you want to pay and we will tailor the plan to that goal. For example the machine could be programmed to charge 25 cents for each cup and you would be invoiced for the remainder of the cost. We then adjust this amount to stay within your budget. If the bill is too high we could then charge more to the employees until we meet your goals.

Cost

You only pay for the supplies and the company provides the system free of charge.

One of the first reactions that employers have after putting in a pour over office coffee system is,"I can't believe we drink that much coffee!"In reality you don't.

On average about half goes down the drain. Coffee that sits on the warmer quickly becomes bitter and is often poured out and a fresh cup made.

Those convenient little packets of coffee easily fit in pockets and are often"liberated"by a small percentage of unscrupulous employees.

All of these factors mean that you are often paying for several times more coffee than is actually consumed in your workplace.

How much time are your employees wasting filling, cleaning and waiting for the coffee machine?

With these systems there is no way to share the cost with your employees. It is an all or nothing proposition.

Our flexible plans allow your company to pay whatever amount you wish or nothing at all.

Choice

Wouldn't you rather say to your customers, "Can I get you a Cappuccino?". It sounds so much better than,"Do you want a coffee?".

We offer selection that no pour over system can come close to.

Quality

To ensure freshness, chemicals and preservatives are often added to prepackaged ground coffee. fresh ground coffee is 100% pure and tastes better naturally. Our equipment whips the milk for our coffees. This adds a light creamy texture that can not be duplicated by a pour over system.
